Red Sparkling Rooster is comestible mild cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum spiced cockspur and 70ml sparkling wine red non alcoholic and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill flute glass then add shot of rum and pour in sparkling red wine and served in a flute glass cold.
