  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Julep strain into glass.

Red Manhattan is glorious heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml vodka blackcurrant and 30ml vermouth red st raphael rouge with 15ml bitters stoughton kenny as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
