Red Madrid Fizz is comestible full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin sloe hellfire and 10ml elderberry liqueur 7k distillery with 10ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg white including 25ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add gin and liqueur into bar shaker then pour in a little egg white and juice and vigorously shake. Add the ice cubes and shake well again and stir in the sparkling wine then hawthorne strain into glass and sprinkle bitters on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
