Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Pour into glass over ice.
Add a chicken pastry on the side.

Gin Pink Eden Mill - Eden Mill pink gin is made with juniper berries angelica coriander rose petal hibiscus elderberry goji berry raspberry leaf and rhubarb root.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pastry Turnover Chicken - Chicken turnover pastry is filled with chicken and sometimes with cheese and made with flaky pastry.

Red Hill is nice looking above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin pink eden mill and 15ml grenadine with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour into glass over ice and add a chicken pastry on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
