Raspberry Scone is glorious light cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml raspberry liqueur st george and 30ml jam raspberry with 30ml raspberry pulp as well as 30ml cream and good with afternoon tea. Just pour raspberry liqueur into mixing bowl then stir in raspberry jam and raspberry pulp and fold in whipped cream and add to glass and serve on plate with spoon and add warm plain scone on the side and served in a martini glass cold.
