Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add the rest of the ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.
  6. Top with soda.

Raspberry Fizz is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml creme de framboise joseph cartron and 30ml vodka raspberry skyy with 30ml raspberry soda as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml raspberry syrup monin also 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add the rest of the ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
