Ramos Gin Fizz is flavourful above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin butterfly pea ink and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 40ml soda water including 290ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just pack glass with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
