Gin Butterfly Pea Ink

20ml

Lemon Juice

10ml

Sugar Syrup

40ml

Soda Water

290ml

Ice

13% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Pack glass with ice.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Flavourful

Gin Butterfly Pea Ink - Ink Gin is natural floral infusion of Butterfly Pea Flower petals gives Ink Dry Gin a remarkable and lustrous inky blue hue or purple.

Ramos Gin Fizz is flavourful above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin butterfly pea ink and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 40ml soda water including 290ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just pack glass with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
