Method - Poured - Cold

Add the ice into glass.

Raffles is beguiling full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arrack van oosten and 10ml lime juice with 60ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add the ice into glass then pour in shot of arrack and splash in lime juice. Top glass with ginger soda and served in a highball glass cold.
