Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Strain into glass.
Enjoyable

Gin Boodles - Boodles gin is distilled from wheat then redistilled in a Carter Head copper still which allows the botanicals to infuse gradually into the spirit.

Dubonnet Blanc - Dubonnet is a sweet clear aromatised wine based aperitif with 15 percent alcohol by volume. It is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices with fermentation being stopped by the addition of alcohol.

Tonic Soda - Tonic soda is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Queensway is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin boodles and 15ml dubonnet blanc with 30ml tonic soda as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
