Quebec is scrumptious full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky canadian and 15ml cherry liqueur weis with 15ml vermouth sweet cherubino vittore as well as 15ml amer picon including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
