Purple Dingo is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml macadamia liqueur tamborine mountain and 30ml sherry dry oloroso nagahama with 30ml passion fruit juice as well as 10ml grenadine including 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
