  1. Add ice to glass,
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.

Shaken with 45ml pisco sour harmans and 20ml persimmon juice with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml bitters including 10ml persimmon syrup also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass, then add all ingredients to shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
