Method
  1. In a tall tumbler glass add ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the white rum.
  3. Add the lemon soda.
  4. Sprinkle parfait amour on top.

Psychic is nice looking full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum light white and 15ml parfait amour bols with 55ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just in a tall tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour in the white rum and add the lemon soda. Sprinkle parfait amour on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
