Stirred with 30ml gin black 7000 islands and 10ml bitters electric with 60ml tonic water and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just chill glass and tonic water then splash bitters into glass and pour in the shot of gin. Stir in the chilled tonic soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
