Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Pack more ice to glass.
  6. Garnish with a little wedge of habanero.

Prairie Wildfire is enjoyable heavy cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila reposado prospero and 10ml tabasco pepper sauce with 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour everything into glass and pack more ice to glass and garnish with a little wedge of habanero and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
