Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with cut pineapple.

Potts Point Special is scrummy quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml vodka crystal head and 15ml curacao with 50ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with cut pineapple and served in a saucer glass cold.
