Method
  1. Add a little ice to glass.
  2. Pour in irish poitin.
  3. Add soda water.
  4. Stir in lime syrup.
  5. Top glass with more ice.
  6. Garnish with lime.

Potato Queen is fortifying very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 45ml poitin connacht and 10ml lime syrup with 35ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just add a little ice to glass then pour in irish poitin and add soda water. Stir in lime syrup and top glass with more ice and garnish with lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
