  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add vermouth.
  3. Add a little soda.
  4. Pour in black currant liqueur.

Pompier is nummy smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vermouth and 15ml blackcurrant liqueur bvland with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just fill glass with ice then add vermouth and add a little soda. Pour in black currant liqueur and top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
