Pompey Royle is succulent weak cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 50ml sparkling wine white and 15ml pomegranate juice with 15ml passion fruit juice as well as 10ml raspberry syrup bickfords including 10ml gomme syrup and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add juices then add syrups and top with sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
