Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with Cherry.

Pompe II is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy cherry marie brizard and 15ml amaretto liqueur leroux with 15ml creme de cacao brown continental as well as 40ml cream including 100ml ice also 20ml cherry juice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with cherry and served in a saucer glass cold.
