Polite Society is appealing quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml feni cashew cazulo and 5ml tamarind syrup with 65ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place feni into glass then add a little tamarind syrup and pour in the sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
