Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

At 52 percent Poor Toms Fool Strength is a rich classic full bodied gin with a whiff of grapefruit and an all night long liquorice juniper finish.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Poets Dream is enjoyable full strength cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml gin poor toms and 20ml vermouth dry with 10ml benedictine dom 1510 as well as 10ml bitters orange including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
