Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice cubes to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon and orange twist.

Plymouth Martini is mouth watering heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin plymouth and 30ml vermouth dry extra cinzano with 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice cubes to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with lemon and orange twist and served in a martini glass cold.
