Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour into glass over ice.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Cranberry Juice - Cranberry juice is the juice of the cranberry and the term used on its own usually refers to a sweetened version.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pink Velvet is extremely pleasant full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml strawberry schnapps and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml vodka as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml cranberry juice also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
