Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into glass.
  5. Garnish top with pineapple.

Pineapple Martini is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml corenwyn bols 4year and 30ml pineapple juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and garnish top with pineapple and served in a martini glass cold.
