Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with yellow dust.

Pineapple Pulp - Pineapple pulp is made by mashing and cutting ripe pineapple.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Ice Cream - Ice cream or gelato ice cream is a sweetened frozen food and is usually made from dairy products such as milk and cream and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavors.

Candied Pineapple - Pineapple dried and candied with sugar also called crystallized pineapple or glace pineapple.

Dust Yellow - Yellow Dust is a non toxic cocktail colouring edible dusting powder great for dusting over cream creations to give it a high shine.

Pineapple Island is rich watery cocktail with no alcohol. Blended with 50ml pineapple pulp and 30ml coconut cream with 30ml ice cream as well as 10ml candied pineapple including 120ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with yellow dust and served in a poco grande glass cold.
