Method - Stirred - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
Pour into glass over ice.

Vodka Rocky Jones - Rocky Jones vodka spirit is produced from grapes which creates a subtle natural sweetness and no sugar or additives are used in the production process.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pine Needle is palatavel full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka rocky jones and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 15ml pineapple juice including 30ml lemon soda also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
