Method
  1. Warm glass and fish consomme.
  2. Add wine and pernod to glass.
  3. Add the unshelled mussels into glass.
  4. Stir in the warm consomme.
  5. Serve with bread and fork.

Petiller is savoureuse light cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 20ml wine white sauterne and 10ml pernod with 90ml consomme fish and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just warm glass and fish consomme then add wine and pernod to glass and add the unshelled mussels into glass. Stir in the warm consomme and serve with bread and fork and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
