Pernickety is luscious strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin pink winston quinn and 60ml sparkling wine red with 10ml grenadine and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add the gin into bottom of glass then slowly add in the sparkling red and pour grenadine into center of glass and served in a martini glass cold.
