Peppermint Sangaree is palatable tawny port sangria quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml port wine tawny penfolds club and 10ml peppermint syrup with 30ml soda water as well as 30ml peppermint liqueur rumple minze including 190ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just fill glass with ice and mint leaves then add peppermint liqueur and add peppermint syrup. Add soda water and top with port wine and garnish with peppermin leaves and nutmeg and served in a highball glass cold.
