Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Garnish with red chili.

Tequila Gold - Tequila is a regional distilled beverage and type of alcoholic drink made from the blue agave plant primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila 65 km northwest of Guadalajara and in the highlands of the central western Mexican state of Jalisco.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce - Tabasco green pepper sauce has 600 to 800 scoville heat units with a green colour and strong in jalapeno chili spice and low scoville rating.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Cranberry Juice - Cranberry juice is the juice of the cranberry and the term used on its own usually refers to a sweetened version.

Chili Jalapeno - Jalapeno chili red has 3500 to 8000 scoville heat units and has moderate heat and a fresh familiar chilli flavour and called chipotle chili when dried.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pepper Eater is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila gold and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml tabasco green pepper sauce as well as 20ml orange juice including 10ml cranberry juice together with 200ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and garnish with red chili and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
