  1. Place half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Pour every thing into glass.
  4. Fill glass with ice.

Whiskey Rye Dads Hat - Dads Hat rye whiskey is made from younger ryes aged six to nine months and mixed with 80 percent local rye 15 percent malted barley and 5 percent malted rye.

Pennsylvania Collins Classic is fortifying heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whiskey rye dads hat and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and pour every thing into glass. Fill glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
