  1. Brew long week black tea.
  2. Warm up the serving glass.
  3. Add sloe gin and plum juice.
  4. Stir in the long back tea.

Peggy Thompson is scrummy light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin sloe sipsmith and 30ml plum juice with 190ml tea and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just brew long week black tea then warm up the serving glass and add sloe gin and plum juice. Stir in the long back tea and served in a coffee glass warm.
