Pour all ingredients into bar mixing glass.

Gin Mainbrace - Mainbrace Gin is a traditional copper pot still gin made with Cornish water and local botanicals.

Vermouth Rosso - Rosso Vermouth is often used to refer to red colored mildly and slightly sweet vermouths. These types of vermouths have also been called rosso vermouth or sweet vermouth.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Sherry - Sherry is a fortified wine made from white grapes.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Peg is revitalizing very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin mainbrace and 15ml vermouth rosso with 15ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml sherry including 10ml bitters and best with morning tea snacks. Just pour all ingredients into bar mixing glass then stir well and pour into stem glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
