Method
  1. Place ice into tall glass.
  2. Pour in pony of rum.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Top glass with lemon soda.
  5. Garnish with lemon round.

Pedro Collins is zesty average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum limon bacardi and 10ml lemon juice with 60ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place ice into tall glass then pour in pony of rum and add lemon juice. Top glass with lemon soda and garnish with lemon round and served in a highball glass cold.
