Pecan Liqueur

Vodka

Cream

Pecan Syrup

Ice

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with smiley face made from pecan syrup.

Pecan Liqueur - Pecan flavoured Liqueur.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Pecan Syrup - Thick sweet syrup with the heavy flavour of pecan nuts.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pecan Nut Joy is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml pecan liqueur and 30ml vodka with 40ml cream as well as 10ml pecan syrup including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with smiley face made from pecan syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
