Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Add ingredients to warm mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into hot glass.
  5. Have with a pear turnover pastry.

Pear Toddy is bewitching mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml pear liqueur bols and 15ml pear syrup moini with 100ml water hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass then add ingredients to warm mixing glass and stir well. Strain into hot glass and have with a pear turnover pastry and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
