Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour in pear brandy.
Add lemon juice.
Top with cold finger ale.
Garnish with wedge of lemon and candy pear.

Pear Buck is drinkable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy pear and 10ml lemon juice with 60ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to glass then pour in pear brandy and add lemon juice. Top with cold finger ale and garnish with wedge of lemon and candy pear and served in a highball glass cold.
