Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with peanuts.

Peanut Liqueur - Peanut liqueur is distilled by using peanuts and can come in cream liquers and plain liqueurs.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Peanut Syrup - Peanut flavor syrup made with peanuts and sugar.

Egg - Whole egg with white and yoke used in cocktail making and is around 60g.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Peanut - Peanut also known as the groundnut or the goober and taxonomically classified as Arachis hypogaea.

Peanut Flip is flavourful average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml peanut liqueur and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml peanut syrup as well as 30ml egg including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with peanuts and served in a saucer glass cold.
