Peachtree Ol is delightful heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml peachtree schnapps and 30ml bourbon fighting cock with 10ml bitters abc as well as 10ml coco syrup including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
