Pay Off is aromatik above average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy pear and 15ml pecan liqueur with 10ml pear syrup moini as well as 70ml water hot including 10ml pecan pulp and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just warm serving glass then add brandy into glass and pour in liqueur and syrup. Add in host water and stir in pulp and garnish top with pear and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
