Pavlova Perfection is delectable robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml vodka white birch and 15ml pavlova liqueur baileys with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml strawberry pulp including 10ml egg white also 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and sprinkle a little kiwi and passionfruit pulp on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
