  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Place all the ingredients into shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.

Paullus is delectamenti quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky paul john and 15ml brandy peach paul masson with 45ml peach juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake. Pour all into rocks glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
