  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnish top with lime wheel.

Passionfruit Daiquiri is delightful strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 30ml passion fruit liqueur passoa with 20ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish top with lime wheel and served in a saucer glass cold.
