  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Passiona is delightful strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml passion fruit liqueur dekuyper and 30ml gin dry apollo bay with 25ml passion fruit juice as well as 25ml passion fruit soda including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with a little passionfruit pulp and served in a martini glass cold.
