Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with mandarin zest.

Gin Bluebird - Bluebird gin is distilled first from rye. It is then redistilled and vapor infused with botanicals and spices like juniper followed by an invigorating blend of cucumber and citric zest balanced by soft hints of exotic spices.

Passion Time is scrummy quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml mandarine liqueur marie brizaed and 30ml gin bluebird with 30ml passion fruit juice as well as 10ml grenadine including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with mandarin zest and served in a saucer glass cold.
