Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Panscient is scrummy quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon springbank and 30ml blackcurrant liqueur chroma lab with 30ml blackcurrant cider as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well. Fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
