Pandan Gimlet is enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry luxardo and 20ml lime juice with 10ml pandan syrup monin as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour all into glass and garnish with pandan leaf and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
