Panda Hugger is very tasty robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml baijiu red star and 15ml ambassador liquor diaoyutai with 45ml watermelon juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and top with mandarin juice. Quick shake to mix and pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with water melon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
