Pan Am Smile Cocktail

Vodka Wild One

10ml

Pandan Syrup

30ml

Soda Water

100ml

Ice

22% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until chilled.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Vodka Wild One - Wild One Vodka has a floral nose layered with fruits and botanicals triple distilled to give a sweet and round taste and texture.

Pandan Syrup - Pandan syrup made by cooking Pandan pulp and juice with sugar until thick.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pan Am Smile is glorious quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml vodka wild one and 10ml pandan syrup with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Strain into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass cold.
